(d) TelCon, R. Jason, UNC-NP/D. Joy, NRC, NMSS, 4/7/87 Reference (a) advised that i;NC-NP would comply with License Condition 9.4 to SNM-368, and forwarded a timetable for such compliance.
Reference (b) advised that the first five dates in the time-table forwarded with reference (a), had been extended by a period af 150 days.
In our meeting of 3/25/87 (reference 'c'), it was proposed by UNC-NP, that all the dates in the timetable be extended by 150 days.
This was verbally agreed to by personnel present.
In a telephone conversation between R. Jason, UNC-NP and D.
Joy, NRC, NMSS on 4/7/87, it was formally agreed that all dates in the original timetable would be extended by a per-iod of 150 days and by his verbal authorization, Mr. Joy was approving such change to License Condition 9.4.
Mr. Joy was also advised that, in separate correspondence to your office, UNC-NP advised that a temporary halt in the construction of new fencing and installation of the new perimeter intrusion detection system would occur in certain areas per pri,or,,,_
