This is in reference to your letter of March 4, 1976 which requested a 1ransfer of Lead Responsibility.

At the present tir-e, we are of the opinion that the Transfeer of Lead Responsibility whien we initiated and executed on April 23, 1975 adequately addressus the situation for the WFPSS-WP, Unit No. 2 facility. Tais itea v.ts entitled "Possible Design Changes in the !! ark II Containments at tne Limerick and the Susquehanna Facilities," and was nuchered IE-C50-75-6, dated April 23, 1975. A copy is enclosed.

We will keep the Region informed on the mut actions and the future resolution of this ites.
