MEMORANDUM Yesterday, the Secretary to this Board contacted counsel-for each of the parties by telephone to ascertain whether July 24,'1987, is an acceptable date for the oral argument on the pending appeals from the Licensing Board's March 25, 1987 partial initial decision in the onsite emergency planning and safety issues phase of this operating license proceeding.

All counsel responded in the affirmative.

Accordingly, the oral argument will take place on that date in Concord, New Hampshire.

Following our receipt of the briefs of the appellees, we will issue a formal argument order setting forth the specific location and' starting hour of the argument as well as time I

allocations.
