s jr Enclosed please find a request from Self-Powered Lighting, Inc. for a license
-a to export '200,000 curies of tritium gas to Surelite Ltd. in the United Kingdom.
The material will be fabricated into sealed light sources and 4
returned to Self-Powered'Lightii.g in the U.S. where the light sources will be assembled inta landing lig6t panels and shipped to Martin Marietta.

Ultimately, thsilanding light panels will be used as airfield runway markers l
by the U.S. Air Force.
