Dear Sir:
The Duke Power Company Corporate Process Control Program (PCP) requires that all changes to the PCP be sent to the NRC in the Semiannual Radiological Effluent Report. During the first half of 1986, no revisions were made to either the Corporate PCP or Oconee's site-specific PCP.
In May,1986 the NRC formally approved Duke Power's PCP for Oconee Nuclear Station.
A copy of the letter is required in the Oconee section of each control copy of the PCP manual. Please incorporate the attached copy of the approval letter into the Region II control copy of the PCP.
By copy of this letter, six copies of the attached letter are being forwarded to the NRC/0NRR.
