Dear Mr. Martin:
As a result of discussions with Mr. J. Roth of our response to inspection nurrber 70-687/86-01, we submit the following as an amendment to our response dated May 29, 1986.
With regard to Appendix A - Item D, we shall submit a revision to our License No. SNM-639 that will reflect current job titles and " Personnel Education and Experience Requirements".
This revision shall be submitted to the Commission within 60 days of the date of this letter.
