The proposed changes to PORC incorporato similar concepts to those of NRC-approved chant,es for San Onofre, Trojan, Callaway, Catawba, and McCulro. The changes submitted here have been previously reviewod by NRC. This submittal simply repackages the changea contained in the referenced letters.

The proposed technical specification changes are identified in onclosure 1.

The justification for the proposed technical specification changes is provided in onclosuro 2. A proposed determination of no significant hazards consideration performed pursuant to 10 CFR 50.92 is provided in enclosure 3.
