84-07-09-10 Per our conversation on 7/6/84 concerning the Form 57's in question and in the time frame of 5/25/82 thru 7/28/82.
The For:n 57's in question will have to be checked in the files to find out just what the situation is.
"he NRC is concerned Weld Rod E6013 was issued but.the heat as to the following:
number is for E7018. We will have to get copies of the Form 57's and possibly research back through time sheets and install-ation reports by welder name to determine what component was welded.
