POM Procedure Suspense Notice - EP-304-02 Section 16.9 of Procedure 12.000.07 states:
If a procedure's 2-year periodic review date has passed and a periodic review has not been performed, the procedure is classified as being in " suspense".
As documented in OSRO Meeting Hinutes No. 208 of November 4, 1986, the following procedure has not received the required 2-year periodic review, and will therefore be placed in suspense immediately. Because O
