Georgia Power Company, acting on its own behalf and as agent for Oglethorpe Power Corporation, Municipal Electric Authority of Georgia, and the City of Dalton, Georgia, hereby submits Amendment 33 to the Vogtle Electric Generating Plant (VEGP) Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR).
This amendment consists primarily of changes to Section 17.1, Quality Assurance During Design and Construction. These changes document organization realignments resulting from the transition of Unit I to operational status.
These changes do not adversely affect the technical or quality controls and do not reduce the commitments of the Quality Assurance Program.
Other FSAR changes include typographical corrections to table 5.3.1-3, clarification to section 1.9.88, and those changes listed in Attachment I which were committed to by previous correspondence.
In accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.30(b) and (c), three (3)-
signed originals and sixty (60) copies of Amendment 33 are submitted for your use.
