NCR 39, issued April 1979, and NCR 3776, issued January 1985, identified sub-vendor (Systems Control) Weld deficiencies on struts and hangers. NCR 3776 has been dispositioned by all parties and is in L.K.C. QC for closure. Closure of the subject NCR will be accomplished upon closure of CECO NCR's 708, 709 and 451 per CECO disposition to NCR.
NCR 293, issued Nay 1981 and NCR 3770, issued January 1985 identified 8-Line corp weld deficiencies on back to back strut and spaced back to back strut (to field 8/1/85). Field compliance is being accomplished, old strut given to L.
Tapella.
