85-OL-19-OL In reference to =y previcus =e=o 85-OL-11-CS-OL, atiitional reviews have been conducted in regard to Doc. Reviev, AVO Pregram, loss of inspe:::rs to the Cable Pan Hanger Walkdown. All cf these ite=s vill and are having an i= pact en the. current in process and priority inspections as well as the Unit F1 fuel leading efforts.
A) Therefore, in order to ec=plete the doc =ent reviev Of approxi=ately 151,127 docu=ents with the presen: L docu=ent reviewers, this effort vill not be ace =plished until Septe=ber 1986. Therefore, the request is for eleven (11) =cre dec=ent reviewers which vill allev co=pletics by the end cf Dece=ber 1955.
The following is a breakdown te justify the additional dec=en-review persennel:

- 3) In addition, the Q.C. Depart =ent has pulled 5 inspecters fro = the current inspection force to acec==odate the Cable Pan Walkdcun. This has i=pacted the in process inspection and'the closure of ICR's and NCR's.
C) The AVO Progra= has just recen,tly started and to date, the number of requested inspections is 83 for e AV0/ Drawing

With this nu=ber of inspections being requested, it vill also have a tremendous i= pact en the current in process inspections and NCR/ICR closecuts.
D) In reference to A, 3, C and in addition to the (11) Decu=ent Reviewers, approval to hire 10 additional inspecters is requested, five (5) inspectors is to replace the Cable Pan Walkdown Inspectors re=cved frc= the current inspection force, and five (5) inspectors vill be used fer Docu=ent Review Cerrecticns/ Inspections and AVO Progrs= re-inspection.'
