As stated in the meeting with all backlog Inspectors in welding and configurations, we are asking that you give up OJT between now and September 15, 1984 so that we can complete the backlog. 'Ihis will require an all out effort by all Inspectors involved.
In order to help compensate for this delay in getting cross trained in other areas, a concerted effort will be made to allow extra training for the Inspectors involved immediately.following the s
