84-05-18-05 In October,1983, authorization was given to add ten (10) additional QC Inspectors to enable the QC Deparonent to have fif ty (50) Field Inspectors.
November,1983, a total of forty-seven (47) Inspectors were on board with one (1) Inspector resigning. Included in the total forty-seven (47) Inspectors were some not involved in field activities (Document Review). Another seven (7) Inspectors were required to have fif ty (50) Field Inspectors.
December,1983, a total of fif ty-four (54) Inspectors were on board; one (1) resigned; three (3) were required to fill the fifty (50) Field Inspector requirement.
January,1984, a total of fif ty-five (55) Inspectors were on board; three (3) resigned; hired five (5) to fill the fif ty (50) Field Inspector requirement.
Authorization was given to hire an additional QAE.
February,1984, a total of fif ty-two (52) Inspectors were on board; five (5) resigned; hired two (2) Inspectors; still needed five (5) to fill fif ty (50)
Field Inspector requirements.
March,1984, a total of fifty-two (52) Inspectors on board; four (4) resigned; hired four (4); needed five (5) to fill the fif ty (50) Field Inspector requirements.
April,1944, authorization to hire fourteen (14) additional Inspectors plus fill the vacant areas caused by attrition were given, Total number of Inspectors on board, fifty-two (52), eight (8) resigned, nine (9) hired. Also during this month authorization to hire a Training Coordinator and an additional Assistant QC Manager was given. From the fourteen (14) additional QC Inspectors, a Level III Welding Inspector will be brought on as well as a QC Supervisor for the QC Document Control area.
May, 1984 A total of fifty-eight (58) Field Inspectors are on board. Areas needed to fill the total requirements are as follows:
