84-03-19-04 Please be advised that on Friday, March 16, 1984, a verbal order was issued by Mr. Carl Mennecke of Ceco PC to temporarily suspend the work on the hseeeter Re-fnnonceien Pre e=
an the Phase t' w u ent Review Program. The reason is due to CECO wanting the programs procedura Laed 4
as to how the review and re-inspection is being accomplished. Our present procedure 4.13.1 addressed carrections to documents, but was somewhat vague j
as to the direct steps /methor to be followed. Procedure 4.13.1 is being i
revised to address the varicas re-inspection programs that are in existence i
or that CECO may request in the future. The concerns pertaining to the pro-grams in existence at this time were expressed to Ceco by Williams / Wagner Consultant team employed by CEro to evaluate all contractors on site.
The Inspector Re-Inspection Program and Phase II of the Document Review Program should resume when Site Approval is given to the newly revised Procedure 4.13.1.
With the temporary suspension of work issued by Ceco, and depending on 1
how expeditiously CECO PCD and QA Department provide Interim Approval for Procedure 4.13.1, will determine how much of an impact the temporary suspen-i sion of work will have on the scheduled completion dates. Upon receipt of
