Dear Mr. Spessard:
During Mr. Cordell Williams' exit meeting at Braidwood on November 4, 1983, regarding your inspection of L. K. Comstock, we presented to Mr. -
Williams some of the actions which we have taken and plans which we have developed for improving performance. As we discussed subsequently, with

Mr. Williams, we would be happy to formalize some of the information we presented. Specifically, we will be putting together the results of our reviews addressing the following areas:
1.
Assesment of the L. K. Comstock management, including:
How they are organized What our staffing plan is How Commonwealth Edison company Field Engineers interface with L. K. Constock.
2.
Review of how Sargent and Lundy site engineers participate in the resolution of electrical problems.
Review of how Sargent and Lundy on-site engineers interface with Sargent and Lundy off-site engineers Commonwealth Edison
- Company Engineering on-site and off-site, Commonwealth Edison Company Project Construction and L. K. Comstock.
3.
Review the adequacy of the L. K. Ccestock organization and how their various groups function, including: Project Management.
Quality Control and Quality Assurance.
