INTEGRATED PLAN SEMI-ANNUAL UPDATE NO. 4 CORRECTIONS Consumers Power Company letter dated February 28, 1986 submitted Update No. 4 for the Integrated Plan. This submittal contained several typographical and editorial errors. The following corrections should be made in this submittal.
1.
The last sentence in the introductory paragraph under Summary of Issues Completed Since Previous Update on the first page should read:
"A summary of these nineteen (19) issues is as follows:"
2.
The last sentence under Issue B-083, Full Stroke Testing of RDS Valves on Page 4 should read:
"Therefore, Issue B-083 has been combined with Issue B-082, renamed RDS Reliability Improvements, and Issue B-083 has been cancelled anl is considered closed."
3.
The first sentence under Issue B-014, Resolution of Seismic Issues on l
Page 4 should read:
"This issue is the result of completion of Issue B-014 as discussed under Issues Completed above."
4.
The sentence under Issue B-018, High Pressure Recycle on Page 6 shumid read: "This issue is planned to be implemented with Issue B-032 EOP Upgrade which has been rescheduled for the end of the 1s'87 refueling outage."
5.
The' plan scheduled completion date column for Issue B-018 on Page 3 of the Type B projects in Attachment II should read: "87 REF OUT".

The last sentence in the status section for Issue B-032 on Page 4 of the Type B projects in Attachment II should read:
"The new completion date is the end of the 1987 refueling outage."
