over the past sonths of working with the cross-training program here at the Braidwood site, one couldn't help but notice the area of termination inspections not only met but exceeded the demand for trainers, practical exams, classroom aides, training outlines, and above all maintain a professional attitude.
I am submitting this memorandum as a conmiendation to Imad Inspector D. Schirmer and his group, N. Kimble, P. Nelson, M. Sproull, and
{l F. Rolan for a superior job professionally done.
This group has achieved a good working relationship with the craft, the client and L.K. Comstock employees as amonglified on Friday, October 12, 1984. Five practical exams were given using a f
field electrician to perform the work, exams were evaluated the same l
day along with performing 3 in-process inspections' and 17 R.W.R.
inspections. There is definitely no grass growing under this groups fee t.
j For future reference, this cotrunendation will serve as a positive goal attained by Don and his group.
