ALLEGATION RE:
HARASSMENT AND INTIMIDATION OF LKC QC INSPECTOR (50-456; 50-547)
(AMS NO. RIII-84-A-0119)
On February 21, 1986, the Allegation Review Board met to discuss the subject allegation.
The original allegation was received in the Region III Office
)
on August 20, 1984.
R. Schulz closed the allegation in Inspection Report 84034/84032.
It is noted that the original allegation stated, "I never did I
nor will I ever falsify documentation for anyone or for any reason."
The allegation file was reopened on September 11, 1985, based on information received in Region III that in October 1984, the alleger furnished a written statement to the Department of Labor indicating requests to falsify records I'
and harassment and intimidation (see Memorandum for Charles E. Norelius from Charles H. Weil dated September 13, 1985).
On September 11, 1985, a letter i
was sent to the alleger asking for more specific information with regards to his Department of Labor statement.
As of this date, the alleger has not responded to the letter.
Based on the above, the Allegation Review Board 1
J determined that this allegation is closed.
If any information is received from the alleger in the future, a new file will be opened.
