SUBJECT:

Cable Samples IR5039 (Package No's CSR-I-E-CBL-001 and CSR-R-E-CBL-001) and IRC156 (Package Mo's CSR-I-E-CBL-152 and CSR-R-E-CBL-152)

REFERENCE:

BCAP-20 Section 1.1, Rev.2 The following cable sample packages have been determined to be invlaid as a result of the latest cable termination records review necessitated by BCAP observations.

i, 1.

Cable IR5039 (Package No. CSR-I-E-CBL-001 and CSR-R-E-CBL-001) had been determinated on 8-15-84 and reterminated on 8-16-84 in order to replace a damaged solenoid valve IRE 9170.

~b 2.

Cable IRC156 (Package No's CSR-I-E-CBL-152 and C:2-R-E-CBL-152) had been determinated on 10-4-83 in order to replace damaged valve IRC8002C and has not been reterminated yet.

l Therefore, as per BCAP Procedure SCAP-20, Section 1.1, Rev. 2, cables IRE 039 and IRC156 are not qualified as sample items. Since, the above cables had l

been BCAP inspected, they will remain as part of the cable samples.

In addition, cables IVC 060 (Package No's CSR-I-E-CBL-061 and CSR-R-E-CBL-061) and I AFio? -4ef9Se-(Package No's CSR-I-E-CBL-161 and CSR-R-E-CBL-161) are added to g

compensate for invalid samples.
