This is a " Freedom of Information Act" request pursuant to 5 U.S.C.
Sec. 552,et seq. and 10 C.F.R.,
Part 9, Subpart A.
This supplements my request of July 17, 1985 (FOIA 511) for additional information related to the River Bend Technical Specifications and includes a request for copies of all letters,
- memos, reports et cetera generated in the disposition and/or resolution of Staff concerns and request for an investigation.
I request that you waive any applicable fees as disclosure meets the statutory standard in that it would be "in the public interest because furnishing the information can be considered as primarily benefitting the general public".
