Enclosed is Revision 4 of the Environmental Qualification Report for Vogtle.
This revision provides clarifications in the Mechanical Equipment Qualification Section concerning the scope of mechanical equipment. The mechanical equipment, which has been evaluated for qualification, includes pumps, valves, dampers, fans, coolers, and air cleaning units.
Additional information regarding the summary of mechanical equipment qualification has been submitted in letter GN-1179 dated November 14, 1986.
Specifically, the BOP qualification summary was provided on System Component Evaluation Work Sheets and NSSS qualification summary was provided in WCAP 10856.
