LILCO'S SUBMISSION OF THE " REVISED STANDARD VERSION" OF THE INTERVENORS' EXERCISE CONTENTIONS Pursuant to the Board's November 13, 1986 order, LILCO sub-mits the " Revised Standard Version" of the Intervenors' August 1, 1986 exercise contentions, modified to conform to the Board's October 3, 1986 Prehearing Conference Order ruling on the conten-tions submitted for litigation.

As LILCO set out in some detail in its November 10 response to the Intervenors' objections to the Board's Prehearino Confer-ence Order, LILCO believes that, when the Board ruled a conten-tion " denied," the contention was not admitted separately for litigation.

Thus, the " Revised Standard Version" includes only those contentions that were admitted by the Board; contentions ruled as " subsumed in" or " combined with" other contentions have been omitted, as have cross-references to those contentions.

The table of contents preceding the contentions lists the precise portions of each contentian that, in LILCO's view, were admitted for litigation under the Prehearing Conference Order.

I w LILCO has not renumbered the" admitted contentions and re-spectfully requests that the Board retain the original numbers in its final version of the contentions, to avoid confusion in light of the extensive discovery that has proceeded under the original numbers.

Respectfully submitted, L
