Inquiry into Three Mile Island Unit 2 Leak Rate Data Falsification MUT Level Transmitter In accordance with our agreement with Judge Kelley, I requested of our Instrumentation and Control personnel to determine which MUT level transmitter was recorded by the reactimeter on January 4-5, 1979.
They have reviewed the applicable drawing and determined that the reactimeter would have been connected to the same transmitter as the Control Room strip chart recorder.
This is in agreement with MPR's conclusion after comparing the strip chart and reactimeter data.
