ORDER In a November 10, 1986 flotion, intervenors Suffolk County, New York State, and the Town of Southampton, requested the Commission to reopen the record on "riew evidence relating to three offsite emergency planning issues," i.e., relating to th'e availability of WALK radio as the primary emergency broadcast system station, to the lack of an agreement with the Red Cross for emergency services in a Shorcham cmergency, and to the lack of

congregate care facilities for a Shoreham emergency. Intervenors previously had submitted a virtually identical motion to the Licensing Board, and the Board dismissed the motion for lack of jurisdiction. Movants have attached to their Motion to the Commission the pleadings submitted to the Board, and have asked the Commission to accept the pleadings below in lieu of new papers.
