APPLICANTS' MONTHLY STATUS REPORT Fuel is loaded into the core of Seabrook Unit 1.
The head has been placed on the reactor and precriticality testing is proceeding.
The Applicants continue to work with officials of the State of New Hampshire to assure that all comments made by the FEMA RAC are adequately addressed.
In addition, the Applicants are engaged in developing appropriate emergency plans for those portions of the EPZs which lie w'ithin the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
The Applicants have filed responses to the contentions with respect to Revision 2 filed by the Town of Hampton and 8611210214 861114 PDR ADOCK 05000443 C

are awaiting the contentions of other parties based upon the issuance of this same document.
The Applicants have also filed with the Appeal Board a brief urging affirmance of the action of this Board sanctioning the Town of Amesbury.
