Dear Mr. MacDonald:
The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) is requesting that Certificate of Compliance No. 5362 be extended.
This certificate permits USDA to transport, if necessary, a Cs-137 irradiator used in its research projects. USDA has no immediate plans to move this unit; however, USDA would like to have available an approved package.
