Dear Mr. Martin:

Reference 1 reported that we had made changes to our security plan and had not submitted copies of the changes to the commission for review. Our Reference 2 reply to your letter indicated we would submit, prior to June 16, 1986, an updated security manual which incorporated Items a) thru d) of Appendix A, Reference 1.

The changes to the security manual were completed and one copy of the updated manual was submitted for your review under cover of Reference 3.

Reference 4 indicated that some portions of the Reference 3 submittal required modification / clarification. Accor-dingly, changes have been made to the security manual in accordance with your comments.

For clarity, the entire manual is being resubmitted for your review and records.
