83-03-17-02 Due to previous problems for not having inspection records for work performed by LKCE QC Inspectors, the following repeat instructions are to be strictly adhered with, in order to prYvent problems.
I.
Issue installation reports to Inspectors by specific quantities.
Count return filled out. completed Inspector's reports prior to continued issuance of any more assignments.
EXAMPLE: Issue 10 assignments - receive 10 back, THEN and ONLY THEN issue 10 new assignments.
Under NO condition assign new work without having objective evidence

and com71eted reports by Inspector for the status of his previous assignments.
Closing of audits or special QC Manager directed exceptions may apply, but then we revert back to above sequence to prevent I4ST or no inspection report problems.
