JOBSITE WORK RULES FOR THE BRAICWOOD STATION CONTROL:NO: C82-12-02 The following Jobsite rules, which have been contained in previously issued Memos, am sumarized below for ycur reference:
1.
LKC Employee site regulations and safety rules (Red Book & Form 90-70-40-3) will prevail.
2.
Work schedule is as follows (an audible horn will annunciate the following times):
8:00 A.M.
Start Work 10:00 A.M.
Coffee Break 10:10 A.M.
Resume Work 11:55 A.M.
Stop Work for Lunch 12:30 P.M.
Resume Work 4:15 P.M.
Stop Work for the Day Shift 4:25 P.M.
Begin Brassing Out 4:30 P.M.
End of Day Shift 3.
There is no sanctioned afternoon coffee breaks.

As per OSHA Regulations, hard hats must be worn at all times.

All employees are required to be identified and display their contractor badges.

If badge is not available, the egloyee must contact their contractor's office for a temporary badge.

Employees shall not wander from their assigned work areas unless they "
have permission from their inanediate supervisor.
7.
All vehicular and pedestrian traffic entering or leaving the jobsite is subject to be searched at the request of Security.

Decen er 07, 1982 Page Two All jobsite trucks leaving the site must have a "Braidwood Station 8.
Pass". These passes must be signed by the contractor's Project Manager (or his designee), and countersigned by CECO.
The main gate is closed to vehicular traffic from 4:15 P.M. to 9.
4:35 P.M. to facilitate pedestrian traffic leaving the plant.
Automobile site passes are limitad and controlled by CECO, and 10.
all vehicles with site passes must be parked at CECO's designated parking antas.
Einployees unable to report to work due to illness, or any other 11.
reason, are expected to call their contractor prior to starting time -- (815) 458-2801, Ext. 506/507 or (815) 458-2348.
12.
Any employee absent for three (3) consecutive days without notification will be tenninated.
