SUBJECT:
ASSIGNMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES With the assignment of two Senior Resident Inspectors (SRI) at the Braidwood Site I consider it necessary to designate a lead SRI.
Because of the status of construction, the many past problems at the Braidwood Site and Leonard McGregor's familiarity with the issues, the licensee's organization and the licensee's commitments and recovery program, ne will function as the lead SRI.
I expect the two of you to work closely and harmoniously and to refer any problems to me that you cannet work out together.
Len, you should spend 30-40% of your time on the MC 2513/2514 programs with the remainder of your time devoted to MC.2512 activities and managing office functions.
Eob, you should spend your time on the MC 2512 program and related administrative requirements.
It is my desire that one inspection report be issued oi a monthly basis with a
" detail" section for reporting the specific activitie) of each of you.
Len will be responsible for the generic sections of the inspection report, and to ensure that all of the required forms are submitted with the report. The report should be in my office no later that 10 calendar days after the close of the report period. The reports should be written clearly, concisely, and with enough information to allow the citizen of the community to read your inspection report in the Public Document Room and be able to understand the information being conveyed. When the draft report is forwarded to the region it should be relatively free of corrections marked in red, so as to allow for the best utilization of the regional compuscan capabilities.
These policies will be in effect until further notice.
