ALLEGATIONS RE: WELDING BY L. K. COMSTOCK COMPANY AT BRAIDWOOD (50-465; 50-457) (ATS NO. RIII-84-A-0123)

Reference:

9/6/84 memo, C. H. Weil to C. E. Norelius and R. L. Spessard The following is provided for inclusion in the DRS inspection to resolve the allegations. The referenced memorandun documented welding allegations involving the L. K. Comstock Company at Braidwood. Subsequent to that interview the alleger was interviewed under oath and a transcript was made The transcript was reviewed and several during that interview (enclosure 2).
