Please be advised of Brockton Hospital's intent to request renewal of subject license allowing for the implantation of nuclear pacemakers, per reference of Mr. Steven Courtemanche's correspondence of August 18, 1986 with Dr. Burton J. Polansky of our staff.
Brockton Hospital still cares for patients with implanted devices. There has been no change in documentation with regard to license information on file.
