This includes all Installation. Reports and Inspection Reports along with Corrective Action Reports (i.e.
ICR's/NCR's) and FCR's.
In addition, ALL required information mdst be filled in when applicable or an N/A entered.
Corrections shall be made by drawing a single line TErough error, then inital.
Adherence to these instructions is necessary as the documents involved are permanent plant records most of which will be micro-f,ilme d.

Documents received that are NOT WRITTEN IN DARK BLUE or BLACK INK WILL BE RETURNED to the originator for correction prior to acceptance.
