As previously conveyed to you on S/S/82 and 8/6/82, your responsibility is to identify and report separation concerns. These concerns are reportable and not considered non-confor=ing pending S&L's review. There-fore, as you were previously directed, all cable separation concerns should be documented using your ICR system. As discussed with you on 8/13/S2, you should revise your ICR System to in::orporate a " client disposition" on the ICR form.
