APRIL 12, 1985 On April 12, 1985, Mr. E. Greenman conducted an allegation review Board meeting with Messrs. R. Warnick, D. Danielson, 8. Stapleton, W. Forney, and P. Pelke. The following allegations were discussed:
l R111-85-A-0058:
L. K. Comstock Training Program. This allegation was received by the resident inspectors on March 8, 1985. The alleger stated i
that he believes that the LKC training program is pushing through individuals for certification as weld and configuration inspectors. This 1
allegation is assigned to W. Kropp.

RIII-85-A-0062: Allegations Regarding Qualifications of LKC Inspectors.
This allegation is assigned to R. Mender and should be reviewed in j
conjunction with RIII-85-A-0072.
R111-85-A-0066: Structural Weld at Braidwood. A structural weld was

reworked without proper documentation. This allegation is assigned to D. Danielson. The reviewing inspector should locate the welds, review the l
appropriate documentation, and expand the sample size if necessary.

Rill-85-A-0067: LKC at Braidwood. This allegation has three parts.
I Part I is assigned to R. Mender and should be reviewed in conjunction _
Jith RIII-85-A-007Z. Part II relates to double flare bevel tube steel i
welds and is assigned to J. Muffett. Part II should be reviewed in

i conjunction with unresolved item 456/84-043-03; 457/84-039-03, which is also assigned to J. Muffett. Part III is assigned to R. Mender.

April 17, 1985 RIII-85-A-0072: Allegations from 24 LKC QC Inspectors. This allegation is assianed to R. Mendez.
Memo from R. Gardner to C. Weil/R. Warnick: Allegation from CECO that certain LKC inspectors will attempt to discredit certain LKC managers.
This memo will be incorporated with file RIII-85-A-0072 and should be reviewed by R. Mendez. A new allegation number will not be assigned.
It is noted that complete allegation file packages are maintained in C. Weil's office. Assigned inspectors should consult with C. Weil to ensure that all available information is used in reviewing these allegations.
