SUBJECT:
ALLEGATION FROM CECO THAT CERTAIN LKC INSPECTORS WILL ATTEMPT TO DISCREDIT CERTAIN LKC MANAGERS On April 4,1985, at approximately 5:08 p.m., I received a telephone call from D. Shamblin, Project Construction Superintendent, concerning information CECO had obtained from the site " grapevine".
This source of information purported that six (6) LKC QC inspectors will try to discredit certain LKC managers.
The six QC inspectors were identified by name.
The names along with Ceco perceived spelling were:

Mr. Shamblin stated that legitimate items will be investigated, 33 but that the six aforementioned QC inspectors were perceived as 52 E troublemakers.
The fact that they were involved with some union activity i.as also mentioned.
