85-03-12-05 Your assigned responsibilities will be as follows but not limited to only these areas:

a)

You will report directly to A. Simile for all day to day supervisor level problems, b) Your area is CEA's, Calibration, receipt and equipment.

c) You are to ensure that all inspections a.e kept current within 30 days, also ensuring priority system items are inspected.

ICR's, NCR's, reworkds, etc., effecting your area are to be kept current and statuced.

i d)

Any other areas of responsibility that maybe assigned by A. Simile.

e)

Attend required meetings that pertain to your area of responsibility and report the out come at the bi-weekly staff meetings.

f)

Provide assistance as required to aid R. Tuite into getting acclimatad to his area once he has the complete picture of his This assignment is new, it may only take a few days.

Each supervisor is required to attend the weekly staff meeting at 5:00 p.m. every Tuesday and Thursday with the complete status of your group.

h)

Each supervisor is required to tour the areas your personnel are assigned, at least twice a day.

Supervisors will be expected to provide timely responses to Audit, Surveillances, Unit Concepts, etc., when required by A. Simile.

j) You are required to become certified in the areas of your respon-sibility, and then proceed to the remaining areas as soon as possible.
