Supervisor Responsibilities Date: 3/09/85 Control No. 85-03-12-02 , ,

e Your assigned responsibilities will include the following but will not be limited to a) Cable pan walkdown which includes statusing, inspection of, and other aspects which will complete the project.

b) Cable tagging of which includes status, ins'pection with the established completion date by 3/29/85.

c) Rise grip project until completion which incladus status and inspection of.

o d) Riser collar and inspection of risers which insludes status of.

e) Flex taping and change out inspection and status of.

f) Inspection of priority pan as required.

g) Closure of NCR's/ICR's, reworks that were initiated thru the cable pan statusing.

h) Continue to review NCR's.

1) Attend the regular S & L and NCR meetings as you were previously doing. Report results at the weekly staff meetings.

The above listed items are the projects you are presently accomplishing, as these are finished, other special projects will be assigned.

Each supervisor is expected to provide timely responses to Audit or Surviel-lances when required to A. Simile.

It is expected that each supervisor be visible in the field at least twice a day covering the areas of inspection of which your inspection personnel are involved.

The weekly staff meetings held on Tuesdays and Thursdays will require specific statuses of your groups activities at each meeting at 5:00 p.m.

You will be reporting directly to A. Simile on all day to day problems that can be handled on the supervisor level.

As soon as possible provide A. Simile and myself with a complete listing of meetings you have been attending so A. Simile can attend the meetings that you have not been assigned to attend.

You are also directed to beccme certified in the area's of your responsibility first and then proceed to the remaining areas.
