All site contractor Management subject: Braidwood statior. - Units 1 and 2 Policy statement Priorities for Providing Information and servicing Audit Groups.
Due to the numerous Audit and surveillance groups currently on site, I l
found it necessary to issue a short policy statement regarding the priority for providing information and service to these groups. There have been situations brought to my attention where numerous Audit groups have attempted to obtain information or be serviced by the same contractor organization at the same time.
This has resulted in a complete absence of contractor organization ability to perform production related work.
This kind of situation is unacceptable and will not result in plant construction being completed in a timely manner.
Therefore, effective immediately each contractor should instruct their personnel of the following policy.
Any Group (example provided below) within a contractor organization should service and provide information to one (1) Audit group at a time.
If more than one Audit group wants information or servicing at any one time the j
below priority listing should be utilized. This means that the lower Audit group should be asked to come back at a later time for their information.
As an example, we recently had the following situation in the Phillips, Getschow Company. Engineering Department Instrument Group. At one time, we had MitC CAT Team Inspectors, 3 CAP Inspectors, site Quality Assurance Audit, site Quality

Assurance surveillance, and sargent & Lundy technical auditors of the support j
selection program all attempting to obtain information at the same time.
As -
i stated, this did not allow the person in charge of that group to perform any production related functions.
In the future the priorities for providing information and servicing will be:
