Dear Mr. MacDonald:
In the above referenced letter, Babcock and Wilcox has elected not to pursue renewal of the Certificate of Compliance No. USA /5908/B( )F for the Model 6M shipping container. The current certificate of compliance expires on February 28, 1986. The Department of Energy has a need for future shipments with this package. The DOE would like to request renewal of the Certificate and that the Department of Energy be regis-tered as primary user of the package.
