85-02-27-01 It has been brought to my attention by various sources and observations that LKC has many inspectors just standing around idle in the field, not performing work. It is also noticed in the office area that various lead inspectors are not getting in the field.
Effective immediately, the supervisors will as a minimum make two (2) daily tours of all work areas where inspectors are working. Also, all leads will be in the field with their inspectors once their administrative work is accosplished every day.
