SUMMARY

DISPOSITION On April 24, 1987, the Town of Hampton filed a " Motion to Permit Further Argument in Support of Town of Hampton Motion for Summary Disposition"

(" Motion").

The NRC Staff opposes the Motion on the grounds that it constitutes an impermissible reply under 10 C.F.R.

IE 2.730 and 2.749(a), good cause for which has not been shown.
