Modification No. One (1) to Task Order No. 007 Under Contract No. NRC-31-83-673 The purpose of this modification is to (1) revise the period of performance, (2) revise the Statement of Work to eliminate all work beyond Task 1, and (3) adjust the Task Order estimate of cost and fee accordingly. The following revisions are hereby incorporated:
i (1) The period of performance is revised from September 24, 1985 tarough October 4,1985 to September 24, 1985 through October 1,1985.
(2) The Statement of Work is hereby revised to eliminate all work beyon<i Task 1.
(3) The cost ceiling associated with this task order is revised from
$3,096.61, of which $2,867.23 represented the total estimated reimbursable costs and $229.39 represented the fixed fee to $633.24, of which $586.33 represents the total estimated reimbursable costs and
$46.91 represents the fixed fee.
