REPORT ON THE STATUS OF THE NEW hat 1PSHIRE RADIOLOGICAL EMERGENCY RESPOllSE PLAT!
1 Pursuant to the request made by the Board at the tiarch 25-26, 1986 prehearing conference, the State of tiew Hampshire hereby submits its seventh report on the status of the lieu llampanite Radiological
-Emergency Response Plan (hereinafter referred to as the " State Plan" or "t1HRBRP d ).
The New Haupshire Civil Dafense Agency congleted the process of distributing Revision 2 of the State Plan to controlled copy holders during the month of October.
State planners will continue to review the plan and questions and comments on the State Plan submitted by holders of the controlled copies, by PEMA and the Regional Assistance Committee reviewers, and by parties to this proceeding.
With respect to the plan's implementation, the Civil Defense Agency is focusing its current efforts on two tasks.
The first is the final developaent of a program for training of all emergency responders.
That program is nearly finalized, and the full-scale i

The second significant task currently underway is the review of the resource requirements for the state and local governmental entities.
An inventory of the emergency equipment that has been purchased and installed to date is being conducted.
The towns within the Seabrook EPZ are also being asked to identify any remaining resource needs.
Finally, the casource inventory and needs determination will be cross checked with Revision 2 of the NHRERP to ensure that all resources identified in the plan will be in place.
Respectfully submitted, TIIE STATE OF [1EU HAi4PSHIRE STEPHEll E.
