APPLICANTS' RESPONSE TO NEW ENGLAND COALITION ON NUCLEAR POLLUTION'S MOTION TO HOLD OFFSITE EMERGENCY PLANNING PROCEEDING IN ABEYANCE Under date of October 28, 1986, New England Coalition on Nuclear Pollution (NECNP) filed a " Motion to Hold Offsite Emergency Planning Proceeding in Abeyance".
Therein 1.ECNP urges that all hearings on the New Hampshire Emergency Plans be held in abeyance until cuch time as emergency plans have been submitted for the Massachusetts portion of the Seabrook Emergency Planning Zones.

'r It would seem that the Order issued by this Board on November 4, 19862 moots this motion especially in light of the fact that the Board, having rejected a similar argument from another intervenor (SAPL) noted the receipt of the motion at bar and-the Board's view that it simply espouses the rejected position of that other intervenor.
In any event, in an abundance of caution in the event the motion has any remaining legal vitality, the Applicants hereby formally answer the same and say that, for the reasons set forth in the Board's Memorandum and Order of November 4, 1986, the Motion should be denied.2 g
