November 11, 1986 TOWN OF AMESBURY'S MONTHLY STATUS REPORT In response to the Board's Order of 11 4-86, the Town of Amesbury (TOA) herein submits its first monthly status report.
The TCA is presently under an Order of Sanctions imposed on the Town by the Board on September 11, 1986.
Because of the sanctions, one might describe the Town's " status" as a " party in limbo."
On October 20, 1986, the TOA filed its Motion for Directed Certification before the ASLAB.
As of this date, no response
.to that motion by the Appeals Board has been served.
In compliance with the Order of 11 4-86, the TOA will submit proposed schedules to the Board on or hefore 1: 21-86, Finally, the TOA finds the Board's order for monthly status reports somewhat vague.
A definition of "... factors which impact on the orderly conduct of'this proceeding,,,"

(2) would be of value to the TOA and all the parties in preparation of subsequent reports.
For the Town of Amesbury,
/ f.A*Y William S. Lord Amesbury Board of Selectmen l
I, William S. Lord, certify that the Town of Amesbury's Monthly Status Report has been served on the attached list of parties by first-class mail this 12th da' of November, 1986.
