The following questionnaires have been filled out by inspectors at the Braidwood site. I typed these up and handed them out to several inspectors,to fill out if they wanted. This is in regard to carnents made by the NRC that other inspectors didn't share my views on the concerns I had brought up to them. Also LKC didn't feel there were any real problems at the site. I feel these questionnaires will show other vise.

There are only seven here one which feels there are no problems, the others feel that there are or may be scene. This questionnaire shows that the inspector will voice his opinion if he is kept anonymous or if he feels he can trust scraeone. I hope when these are read, that people will have an open mind and use the infor. nation to solve these problems.
