RICHARD L. MARTIN, Quality Control inspector, has received formal reprimand for falling to adhere to company policies, i.e., Conduct Unbecoming an Employee of the Company.
Reason (s) for warning:
a) Striking a fellow employee while on work premises during established working hours.
The above instance took place on this date (01-07-82) on EL. 426' of the Auxilary Bldg. shortly af ter 1:00 p.m.,
af ter an exchange of words with a fellow Inspector (F. Rolan).
It was witnessed by several person's in the area that R. Martin punched F. Rolan in the face.
The employee was informed that any future actions that are not in adherence to Company / Site Policies could/may result in his dismissal.
