EFR-77 and DPR-79, issued to the Tennessee Valley Authority (the licensee) for operation of the Sequoyah I uclear Plant (the facility \\ located in Hamilton County, Tennessec.
Ttt amerdments, as proposed by the licensee, wculc modify the SequcyaF TecF-nical Specifications to renove the requirenent for testing of the instantaneces elements of the tclded case circuit breakers (ftCCBs).
The licensee's aoolication for the amendments was dated Auoest 2, ICC6. Notice of consideratior. of issuarce of these anendments was published ir tre Federal Reafster on September 24, 1956 (51 FR 33958).
